Project scope:
- Simplifying existing integration solution between Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP ECC, as existing solution has become to complex and to demanding for the sales agents
- There are several enhancements defined by the client, which need to be developed in Salesforce using the below techniques and competences
Key skills and experience:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with integration between Salesforce and SAP
- Making use of pricebooks and products in Salesforce
- Knowledge of workflows and triggers in Salesforce
- Knowledge on batch jobs in Salesforce
- Knowledge on Apex programming
- Salesforce System Administration
- Custom Web Service (SOAP) in Salesforce
- Knowledge of SAP, understanding of SAP interfaces, calling SAP RFC/Bapi's from outside SAP
- Knowledge on SAP External Service Mashups in Salesforce
- Experience using/scheduling Dataloader.exe for data imports
- Refinement of interface definitions between SAP and Salesforce with SAP team at client
