Call Center Agent 70% with profound System Administration knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- High school degree or GED is necessary
- 4+ years' of experience in administrative or customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Maintaining checks, payroll records and mails as well as performing inventory
- Answering direct calls coupled with recording and reporting data information
- Managing update, mails, inventory and database systems
- Working and communicating with customers, employees and others for answering questions, resolving complaints or explaining information
- Providing records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
