Description

Call Center Agent 70% with profound System Administration knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • High school degree or GED is necessary
  • 4+ years' of experience in administrative or customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Maintaining checks, payroll records and mails as well as performing inventory
  • Answering direct calls coupled with recording and reporting data information
  • Managing update, mails, inventory and database systems
  • Working and communicating with customers, employees and others for answering questions, resolving complaints or explaining information
  • Providing records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
