Description
T&F Operations Bournemouth Hub undertake a number of administration, governance and monitoring activities which are part of the T&F oversight programme for the Schemes for which we act as Trustee/Depositary. The desktop activities are undertaken in Bangalore & Bournemouth on behalf of 13 Trust & Fiduciary regions across Europe and the team also deliver a number of value add services to our UK Clients. The team works to stringent deadlines as determined by the function and the SLA in place with each individual Trustee location. Failure to meet deadlines or SLA requirements may result in reputational, financial or Regulatory sanction and consequently effective workflow management is crucial.
Working as part of a small team the role is primarily responsible for:
- Completing day to day desktop monitoring & administration actions within Trust and Fiduciary (T&F) Operations.
- Responsible for review and resolution of enquiries
- Responsible for administration tasks such as population controls, access recertification
- Reference Data activities
- Spreadsheet compilation, reconciliations and validation activities
Qualifications
- A knowledge of the Depository function beneficial but not compulsory
- A financial industry background
- Highly organised, good at prioritising work flow to execute and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, both internal and external clients.
- Risk and Control focussed.
- Ability to self- manage & motivate and be able to work in a high performing environment
- Proactive and professional
- Flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way; they will be creative, decisive, a good communicator, organised and able to deliver timely, accurate, high quality work in challenging situations and with competing demands.
