Description
Our client is looking for a IBM WebSphere MQ Solution Expert.
You will be a key player in driving development and automation within integration platform IBM WebSphere MQ which is being used by business critical applications at one of the leading Financial institutions in the Nordic countries.
Together with the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Solution Expert and the Infrastructure Architect, you will investigate improvements areas, collect stakeholder needs, and prioritise, design and implement improvements.
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set:
- Senior Consultant who has been working with IBM WebSphere MQ before and has excellent knowledge of the Messaging solution.
- The consultant will Support the team that is in place today (4 people in the team) and like to work hands on to build different automations and understand different problems in order to find new solutions.
- Team player with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
- Persistent and self-propelling.
- Driven, high performing with a track record in making things happen and pursue goals despite ambiguous and slow-moving situations.
- Analytical skills and drive to turn information into fact based knowledge.
- Strong focus on problem solving and a can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills
- Team player that gets energy from cooperation with colleagues throughout the company.
- Fluent English is mandatory - Swedish would be considered an asset.
- Eligibility to work in Sweden (EU Passport/Work Permit)
