Description
Our client is currently looking for an OCS/CCS Engineer/Functional Analyst for feasibility analysis for a convergent Charging System/online charging system
Activities to be performed:
*Feasibility analysis (High Level Design/Low Level Design) of new rating and charging products and services (Tariff Plans, Promotions, etc) required by Marketing/commercial teams, with delivery time planning and cost estimation
*Functional Specifications for the implementation (data configuration and data loading/testing) of the products
*Acceptance tests execution for new software releases, with vendor support:
oFunctional service related tests: test list document issuing, regression and no-regression testing for tariff plans, promotions and other services;
oPerformance tests;
oEnd to End tests.
*Troubleshooting and fault handling for all rating products: tariff plans, promotions and other services:
oCollection and analysis of traces (INAP, CAMEL, Diameter, etc) using protocol analyzers;
oFault handling;
oManagement of advanced service issues.
Required skills:
*Knowledge of Intelligent Network Platform (IN-OCS) from one or more vendor
*Knowledge of at least some related protocols as INAP, DIAMETER, SIGTRAN SS7, CAMEL
*Knowledge of Mobile (3G, 4G) network architecture (PS Core, CS Core)
*Knowledge of Oracle and Scripting (unix shells)
*Knowledge of Networking Tools: Wireshark
