A large Australian Infrastructure Solutions company is currently seeking a Network Engineer on an initial 6 month contract with views to go permanent in Sydney CBD.
Primarily you will be part of a team that works in client's infrastructure space, implementing into or changing their environment. You will have a utilisation requirement to be 90% billable on projects, therefore your focus will be delivering.
To be successful in this role:
- Cisco CCIE R&S/DC certification or equivalent.
- Project Delivery Experience.
- Expertise in Design & Implementation of Datacentre Networks utilizing industry best practise.
- Documentation experience ie HLD, LLD, Implementation Plan, Test Plan as per industry standards.
- Advance skills in Routing & Switching, Rial domain.
- Security and Load Balancing Experience would be a bonus.
- Technology Exposure: Cisco ACI, Nexus Switches, MPLS, Routing Protocols, Storage, Virtualization.
- Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VDC, vPC, Fabric Path, QOS, Multicast.
- Experience in configuring and deploying enterprise class products such as Nexus 9k, 7k, 5k, 2k Switches, Catalyst Switches, Cisco ASR/ISR Routers.
- Experience in working with Enterprise level clients.
- Good communication skills and client-facing experience
