One of our clients in Stockholm is currently looking for a SAP Technical Solution Responsible to join them in January for an initial 12 months contract.

As TSR you will be in the center of the delivery, supporting different internal projects and securing quality of information and system landscape. You will handle expectations, requirements, requests and ensuring quality in the delivery at all times.
The role requires you to be analytical and structured in your approach and having the ability to focus on the goal. It is important that you have ability to see the big picture, that you are used to work solution oriented. You are self-driven, take initiatives, ownership, responsibility and works independently but as a team player without prestige.
We have a strong focus on delivering a stable, scalable, well performing and secure infrastructure and application in our fast-moving global multi-channel environment to our business.
As an experienced leader, you will be working in our delivery together with a strong team of SAP Basis technicians (Subject Matter Experts) and play a key role within our team. You will contribute within various internal projects, both business and technical. You will have a lot of contact with our external partner as well as other functions within our team and organization. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be a part of taking the next step for the organization.
Your competence
SAP Basis expertise
Experience from working with Application Operations & support in a large IT organization
A broad knowledge of IT infrastructure
Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
Experience of participating in technical projects
Experience of working with external vendors
Experience of working with outsourced solutions
Good and documented leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English
Being customer oriented/focused
Meritorious
Experience and knowledge of working with large scale data center infrastructure
Experience and good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM-tools, we use ServiceNow
Knowledge of DevOps as a concept and experience from collaboration and communication between cross-departmental functions
