PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES A ENGLISH & DUTCH SPEAKER!

For our client, a leading IT Consultancy with site in Belgium, we are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk support to work on 3 - 6 month contract based in Belgium.

Tasks will be:

- Ensure first line end user support

- User access management on different platforms (Mainframe, Wintel AIX,AS400)

- Remote PC support (troubleshooting, IE)

Skills needed for this role:

- Very good knowledge of Active Directory & Windows 7

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools

- able to work to deadlines

- Very good English & Dutch
