Description
Our client hasan urgent requirement for staff to join them on a temporary basis in order to complete a 'wall to wall' inventory audit.
The inventory must be done on a laptop using excel and not on paper and will complete 40-50 users per day.
The technicians should be familiar about different models of IT machines/equipment's etc. and how to check asset tags, model number, make etc. to carry out this task successfully. They also have to politely enquire the users if they are having any other equipment's besides the one that they can see on their desks.
The technicians have to visit each user's desk and check their machines/monitors/headsets etc. themselves and identify and capture all those details mentioned in the Inventory sheet I shared. There might be situations where there is a stock pile kept in a room and they need to capture that as well but essentially it should be users.
Criteria:
- Have their own laptop
- Inventory/Asset tagging/audit experience in a similar environment
- Available Immediately
There are 2 roles available:
- 1 Week Contract
- 3/4 Week Contract
N.b. Both contracts can be completed by the same individual.
