Description

Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices or precedent. Acts independently to identify and select appropriate methodologies. Work customarily and regularly (50% of time or more) requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Normally receives general instructions on non-routine work assignments. Requires additional instructions and frequent guidance on new assignments. Decisions are made independently. Assigned multiple tasks or projects are generally reviewed after completion. Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed technical information. May deal with both internal and external contacts. Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience

This role is a lead role on the Release & Delivery Management Services (RDMS) team.

It will heavy focus on Enterprise Environment leadership including Planning & Coordinated of Intricate Dependencies including Deployment Architectures & E2E Environment Concerns. Knowledge &/or experience with Plutora is a strong plus.

Will provide leadership and direct support in:

  • Availability Management: Manages daily monitoring and proactive address of integrated environment availability. MTTR, end-to-end, for all enterprise releases including managing deployment windows, business SLAs, and maintenance windows.
  • Issue/Incident Management: Enterprise leadership in driving issues to closure and minimizing business impact primarily to test teams often requiring coordination across complex support resources and heavily coupled systems.
  • Environment Communications: Reporting on critical environment concerns to the enterprise including support of chartering, change management, and daily operational venues.
  • Environment Planning: Manage environment inventories, alignments, bookings, and variances across all systems and support teams, accordingly.
