Description
ServiceNow Architect wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience as a ServiceNow Architect, including ServiceNow ITSM
- Familiarity with OO-Development and 8+ years' in NCC Code
- Affinity to work in an international Team and in a challenging IT environment
- Competency of prioritizing tasks as well as dealing with a variable workload
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting a team of internals in the analysis and conceptual design phase
- Coaching the technical team Service Now as well as performing the required design decisions on the set up of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Defining the governance model for the future operations of the CMDB in order to overcome the current challenges
- Managing senior stakeholders (CIO-1) along with providing senior advisory on Service Now tool features
