Description

Eximius are working exclusively on behalf of a leading global systems integrator who are working on a major contact centre technology implementation for an end client based in London. This project is still in phase one so they need to fill this requirement with the right candidate swiftly. It's essential that you have worked on contact centre or CX solutions recently and that you are familiar with the leading vendor products including omni-channel tchnology;

- Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Verint, NICE Systems

Experience working in a professional services team, vendor side or with a systems integrator is preferred. Previous telecommunications project management experience will be of interest but is not essential. This role will include some UK travel for meetings and is likely to extend beyond 12 months.
