OSP Access Site Engineer
Client Location: 100% Remote
CTH: 6 months
Rate: Market rate based on experience and word examples

Required criteria:
- Must have CTL experience in design and build of Remote sites with an emphasis on Copper
- Must know CTL Systems- NDS is the most important. We can work around not knowing that but they are not as attractive to the client
- Must be able to show examples of work
Job Description:
In coordination with the Project Implementation Plan, a Site Surveys to be performed to determine the physical status of the site itself to include a determination of suitability for the installation of the Network Element (NE), required power, cable and conduit placement recommendation, hand-hole locations, stake, pole or H-frame requirements and pedestal placement.
Deliverables include:
- Complete Site Survey Form template
- Analyze the site conditions and recommended NE and placement
- An itemized work task summary for site preparation and NE installation
- Identify installation issues (ie material delivery issues, gate codes, access restrictions, etc.)
- Digital photographs of work location (as able)
- Marked drawings associated with the scope of work will include: Floor, High Cable, Low Cable, Grounding, Power Attributes, DFE, AC, Fiber and Front Equipment
- Revise redlines to existing CenturyLink drawings as required
- (New Sites so unlikely)
- Engineering includes normal permitting (Town, City, County, State)
- (Carrier handles this part historically)
- Site Survey includes Telco Co. Meeting and Power Co. Meeting.
- 911 Address Application as required.
- Power Company Service Application as required.
- (Phoenix will Handle this as part of project management)

Exclusions
- OSP Systems Engineering
- No Pole Permit or Wind Loading required (To be priced separately is necessary and agreed to before work commences.)
- Complex permitting requirements involving Federal, Environmental, Railroad, etc. (To be priced separately and agreed to before work commences.)
- Assume No Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Required in Field (No Barricade Plans). (To be priced separately and agreed to before work begins.)
