Description

Regional Strategic Buyer IT wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.

Your experience/skills:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 3+ years' of working experience in sourcing, preferably in IT or telecommunication sector
  • Strong background in Procurement and Supply Chain along with the understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency in contracting for managed services and cloud services
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Participating in development and implementation of the category strategy, utilizing Strategic Sourcing processes, tools and policies
  • Managing relationship with business Partners and Stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and price planning
  • Performing supplier risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts to ensure the most beneficial commercial agreements
