Description
The consultants will need solid Granite Provisioning background with experience in various circuit types including Cell Backhaul, Point-to-Point, Mesh, Point-to-Multipoint, Access, DIA, PRI, Managed Service IP and Managed Service Video.
Must have experience with either Cisco or Juniper commands to access live equipment to configure Service.
These Provisioning Specialists will receive an order in their Queue and will review the order and determine Service types. Specific provisioning tasks will be completed based on service type.
The Consultant will use Salesforce, EXPO, Granite, Nakina and the Biller when necessary.
Wicresoft consultants will maintain documentation as required.
These Consultants needs solid interpersonal skills to work with other groups to resolve issues and complete this portion of the ordering process on a timely as well as accurate basis to meet delivery schedules.
Must have experience with commands to access Juniper/Granite or Ericsson. No third parties.
