The Role
Responsibilities
- Help desk support for users
- Network/server system maintenance
- IT infrastructure maintenance
The Individual
Minimum qualifications
- 2+years helpdesk or it support experience
- Knowledge of windows system Servers, SQL server, Active Directory, web server etc.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP technologies
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure items like server rooms, cabling systems etc.
- Fluent in English as this is an English speaking project
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in computer science
- Understanding of LAN technologies and protocols
