Support - ERP - Java - SQL - Hungary
Empiric Solutions are currently recruiting for a German speaking L2/L3 support consultant to work for a global consultancy onsite at a Pharmaceutical organisation. This is a long term contract opportunity to start ASAP in Budapest.
Technical knowledge and experience of the below technologies and Domain
- ERP - non-HR functions
- Microsoft Technologies/Java/SQL Server
Good Domain knowledge and experience of
- Working experience of Non-HR Domain (Legal and Taxation functions, Non-HR functions (Administration, Security Mgmt, Catering mgmt, Real Estate functions, Donations, Market monitoring, Trademark Mgmt, etc), Compliance)
- L2 and/or L3 Support experience.
- Good Communication skills.
- Mandatory language requirement is German, English (additionally French/Belgian Desirable).
- Knowledge on Compliance - GxP, SoX, SCA, OCA, NFCM Europe/LATAM based
- Due Diligence and Transition experience
- Ability to interact with customers and other vendors and ask the right questions to understand the application functionality and record the same as part of the transition.
- Ability to understand current application support process followed by vendors.
- Ability to work in shifts as per the project requirement (global location per support timings).
- AMS experience of 6-8 years (ITA/AST).
- ITIL process Knowledge
