Migration Manager - Go-Live (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Develop holistic go-live concept for an ecommerce platform incl. the migration and cutover strategy
- Plan and prepare go-live and migration scenario incl. definition of a runbook, dress rehearsals and the required processes
- Drive and monitor all go-live and migration related topics
- Develop a full data migration strategy and align strategy with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify and close gaps in the migration process
- Propose and implement data quality assurance measures (incl. data validation scripts) as well as data improvement measures
- Validate readiness of data migration and go-live concept
- Document processes and drive trainings of in-house staff
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Solid project management experience in business critical transformation projects
- Proven experience in data migration projects
- Experience of working within distributed delivery teams
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP), eCommercesolutions (Intershop, SAP Hybris, mediandoPIM, CMS Genetics…), databases (SAP Hana, Oracle)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
- Good understanding of data reconciliation processes and methods for ensuring high quality converted data
- Ability to interact with multiple teams including both technical and non-technical users
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
