Description
Together with some colleagues within the team you will be responsible for policy, management and maintenance of the IT environment and managing external service providers. The IT environment comprised of +/- 1500 physical and virtualized Servers (Windows, Linux), SAN systems, a backup environment, the underlying networks, data centers and associated administrative and management environments. Some of the services assigned to external service providers.
It is a complex environment with 24 hour availability is essential.
What do you do as administrator within the team Infrastructure Services NL?
* Monitors and monitor the availability and performance of the systems;
* perform daily administrative tasks
* Installing and configuring new systems;
* investigating and resolving failures in the system
* create and manage documentation and manuals
* writing amendments and issue reports in response to failures and planned changes
* managing and maintaining standards.

* You have completed vocational training for Informatica.
* You have at least 3 years experience in the technical management of complex IT environment into a service IT environment, at least two years specifically Linux and storage management
* You have technical knowledge and a broad understanding of the field in his/her general. Specifically you have in-depth knowledge and experience with Unix products (Red Hat Linux) and VMWare products and storage (HDS is a plus)
* You are at least 6 or 7, Red Hat and ITIL v3 certified
* You are used to work according to ITIL
* You are full of energy, are stress resistant and also risk-aware.
* You are an excellent communicator, indicating boundaries, both solicited and unsolicited feedback, and can communicate clearly (both oral and written) in Dutch and English.
* You are a professional who like just that extra mile and always provides a suitable solution in which the customer can identify.
