FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer for a large program of work on the Gold Coast. You will provide comprehensive design, solution build/implementation, scoping and technical support to the project as well as assisting and complementing the mid to junior level engineers in a mentoring as well as technical capacity.
Responsibilities includes:
- Undertaking system analysis, technical design, implementation and maintenance of solutions applied to customer infrastructure incorporating technologies such as network, IP Telephony, security, systems, storage and wireless solutions as applicable to the role.
- Provide technical leadership in the execution of project implementation.
- Work with implementation teams and the customer, providing systems/network design and implementation support to ensure smooth and effective migration to new technology/versions;
- Design/implement testing methodologies and manage the outcome of the testing.
Technical Qualifications and capabilities:
- Technical Qualifications, at this level this may include CCIE Voice, CCIE Routing Switching, CCNP, CCVP, CCIP,
- Cisco UC on UCS
- Cisco Unity Connection migration from Cisco Unity and Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unity Connection features and integration with MS Exchange
- Cisco IM&P - Jabber, CUPC, and CUCILync
- Cisco Unified Attendant Console (Business and Enterprise Edition) and ARC Cosole
- Feature sets of Cisco IP Phones (SCCP and SIP)
- Cisco WebEx with IRP
- Cisco Contact Centre integration with CUCM
- QoS on Cisco Switches and Voice Gateways
Desirable
- Expertise in Cisco/Checkpoint/Juniper/PaloAlto Firewall Solutions
You must have above average consulting skills and experience working across the delivery process, providing exceptional outcomes for our customer.
This engagement will start early January running through until mid to late April 2018.
