Description
Windows Engineer - SQL Server/ Active Directory wanted for our Basel based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server technologies and extensive experience of Active Directory, DNS, IIS and File System Security and SQL
- Working experience in 2nd and 3rd support as well as familiarity with clustering technologies and storage options for databases
- Extensive experience with configuring, deploying, designing and troubleshooting SQL Server infrastructures additional PowerShell scripting skills are desirable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Maintaining group policies for large complex setting
- Administering core server, networking, database and application technologies
- Planning, configuring, deploying, designing and troubleshooting SQL-Servers
- Participating in IT initiatives
