Description
Job Purpose:
Provide support on event logistics to all major businesses in their relations with existing customers and in new client development.
Key Responsiiblities:
* Deliver small EMEA meetings, events, conferences and seminars.
* Manage all components of project budgets up to $250M, including the approval process and risk controls.
* Work to prescribed budgets, preparing pre-event and post-event costings, handling all logistic on all events and producing a creative yet cost effective solution for the client.
* Direct and close liaison with internal business areas.
* Maintain data integrity within the event management database.
* Ensure adherence to budgetary quidelines at all times through checks on meeting requests, approvals, risk assessments, invoices etc.
Experience:
* Managed and excecuted special events for a range of attendees or complex high profile events.
*Ability to manage multiple small projects and tasks simultaneously with supervision and quidance.
* Understanding of the events market and trends in EMEA.
Qualifications:
* A-Levels or equivalent
* Solid event and administration experience in a corporate environment
