In-House Recruiter EMEA (Cloud)
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require a Recruiter with 2-3 years recruiting experience - inhouse experience or agency recruiters who have recruited extensively for multinationals. This is a full life cycle recruiting role where you will also present business cases to hiring committees.
This is a unique role as there is an entrepreneurial and start-up feel within the department yet you will work for a very well established, global organisation.
Initially on an 11-month contract, recruiting for our client's rapidly expanding EMEA Cloud business area.

What would a general day involve?
- Recruit top talent and meet quarterly hiring goals, working closely with all the teams.
- Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for each candidate from beginning to close.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
- Support and exchange information with all levels of management.
What are the required skills?
- 2-3 years recruiting experience - inhouse experience or agency recruiters who have recruited extensively for multinationals.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management ability.
- Need to be able to deal with ambiguity and constant change/shifting priorities and see this as a challenge.
