Description
RED is searching for an SAP PPM Consultant for a 6 month contract opportunity located in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will be from the greater San Francisco area or close proximity to.
The focus of this role will be to lead as both a technical and functional consultant as well as analyze, design, and develop solutions for SAP enhancements generated from the SAP Continuous Improvement area, specifically related to the SAP PPM Module.
Job Requirement:
- One SAP PPM end to end implementation within the last 2 years
- Hands on experience with all areas of PPM and strong knowledge on PRP
- Sound knowledge on all functions of SAP PPM objects such as Portfolios, Projects, Buckets, Initiatives, Items, Phases, Tasks, Checklist and checklist items.
- Clear understanding of the Portfolio and Bucket Hierarchy Management
- Must be able to map multiple business requirements into SAP functionality and suggest best practice for the solution
- Experience various enterprise processes like Project Governance, Accounting Integration, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Capacity Planning, Project Prioritization, using SAP PPM
- Experience in SAP PPM integration to other modules in SAP like PS, HCM, and object linking functionalities with other SAP objects
- Experience in function document preparation, functional specification for ABAP objects, guiding technical team for development objects
- Previous participation within SAP PPM process testing, and test scenario script writing
- SAP PPM training for end user understanding nice to have
