Role: IT Technical Project Manager - Slovakia - Manufacturing/Commissioning - Initial 3-6 month contract - Competitive daily rate (Dependent on experience)

*MUST HAVE - Manufacturing/Commissioning experience*

This role is for an end to end delivery focused IT Technical Project Manager focused on Plant Floor Equipment Solution delivery working within the Global Business Expansion function under Projects and Programme Delivery.

The position requires the individual to deliver an IT solution associated with the build of the new Slovakia factory.
The Technical Project Manager will be working across one/multiple areas as follows: Manufacturing Plant Floor systems implementation - Gap & Flush and Inline Measurement systems

The individual needs to be a self-starter, working to a standard methodology, and utilising strong stakeholder management skills working at various levels.
It is expected that any delivery schedules will utilise the Primavera P6 planning tool, MS Project, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

On a day to day basis, this role will provide the following:

- Responsible for tactical planning and scheduling to ensure delivery of technical artefacts within the project constraints (Time, cost, scope, quality, resources, etc.)
- Prepares and manages the execution of development, installation, test & commissioning plans.
- Provides Quality Assurance and obtains timely approval of technical artefacts, including: system requirements, technical specifications and system architecture, high and low level design.
- Provides technical coordination in the integration of information systems with engineering packages.
- Prepares test cases clearly defining input, output, entry and exit criteria.
- Specifies the defined equipment configuration and communicates this to each business owner & supplier as necessary.
- Executes all the test cases along with Business Owner and/or Supplier within the test lab initially and then after commissioning on the line. (MES Tested against each type of equipment or device PLC (MES - process level 5 process testing).

Key skills/knowledge:

Technical Skills (Must Have):
- 7+ years' experience in Technical PM or Project Engineer role
- Coordination of application development, testing & installation
- Coordination of hardware installation testing
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- Multi stakeholder coordination at low technical level

Experience required:
- Ideally Automotive experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferably GE Proficy & Cimplicity)
- Ability to work on aggressive timelines
- Complex technical environments
- Must have worked in project management role for large companies
- Must have Fluent English.
- Slovak speaker (Desirable)
