Position: QA Test Lead
Location: Naperville, IL
Duration: 1 year
Compensation: $50-$58 W2
JOB SUMMARY:
The QA Lead position will manage and coordinate QA and testing activities associated with specific releases. Oversee System, Integration, Regression, Performance and User Acceptance Testing activities. Work within AMI System Integration team to execute initial cycles of testing and then with end-business users to complete UAT testing. Manage a team of QA/test resources as part of this effort and oversee Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management and Post-Production validation of AMI Systems Integration. This position reports to the Project Manager of the AMI Smart Meter/Module Deployment System Integration team.

Ability to Execute and Coordinate Testing Across Shared Project Teams and Test Environments
Ability to Create a Test Plan for Release(s)
Ability to Maintain Requirements/Test Case Traceability/Coverage
Ability to Manage Defects
Ability to Define and Drive to Test Exit/Completion Criteria
Detail Oriented
Ability to Manage Testing Efforts with HP Quality Center
Ability to Fill-In Lower-Level Testing Activities if Required
Ability to utilize SQL to validate test execution and data in relational tables
