An exciting opportunity for a Solution Support Specialist to join an Industry leading organisation based in Prague.
As a Solution Support Specialist you will be required to be skilled within the following:
Skills:
Knowledge of Web services
knowledge of cloud
PL/SQL
Knowledge of networks (Exchange, Email routing)
Linux
Support deployment plan
Job Description:
Incident Management (Incidents, Requests for Information, Requests for standard change) and ensuring that resolution is delivered on time to the customer
Problem Management - Investigate problems and together with Application support, development teams and 3rd party vendors find the Root Cause and proper Solution for these problems
Ensure all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.
To ensure that emergency incidents are managed and resolved within the agreed target resolution times (TRT).
Participate on the projects relevant to services supported by the team (testing and deployments of the new releases and required changes)
