Service Desk Analyst with good customer service skills urgently required to join a growing service desk team in Northampton.
The successful Service Desk Analysts will be fielding calls and logging issues whilst providing outstanding customer service.
Key skills for the Service Desk Analysts include;

- Excellent phone manner
- MS Office

Duration: 6 weeks (initial)
Rate: £11.17 per hour
This is the busiest time on the desk, so as well as excellent customer service they are looking for reliability and enthusiasm.
