Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant - Staines - Contract
Square One are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to come on board for a 6 months contract based in Staines.
Must have knowledge and experience of integrating Dynamics 365 products with other Microsoft stack components (Azure cloud, Office 365, Power BI, R server analytics etc )
At least 1 full scale implementation experience with Dynamics 365 for Field service module that covers the following key domains - workforce planning, scheduling and dispatching, supply chain, logistics & order management, Routing & guidance for field work force
Preference for experience with Utility industry clients (Energy, Water, home services etc.
Perform as-is business process assessment, analysis and process mapping against Dynamics 365 product capabilities, develop design & implementation approach
Lead design sessions/workshops with Customer and closely work with Architecture leads to produce detailed functional and technical specification documents (FS & TS)
Consulting for enhancements and customisations to meet any unique customer requirements which are not available as standard product features out of the box
Coach development and QA teams
Co-ordinate and lead project delivery with offshore/remotely located technical teams
Delivery of user training and UAT/rollout support
