IT Resourcer - Remote/Home Based - Self Employed
We, at Difrent Deployment, are seeking an experienced IT Resourcer/Delivery Consultant join our expanding organisation.
The holding company, Difrent, has evolved from a successful Recruitment Company to become a holding company with 3 subsidiary companies which individually provide; Recruitment (Difrent Deployment), Consultancy (Difrent Delivery) and Strategic Leadership services (Difrent Leaders). Each Division is led by a super successful management team and the business continues to grow from strength to strength.
This position allows for the successful applicant to work remotely and be home-based. The commission structure provides for an exceptional earning potential with an unparralled commission structure
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of proven and successful resourcing, especially within Digital technology.
Duties will involve
- Determine applicant qualifications by telephone and Skype interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Arranging and co-ordinating technical assessments for candidates;
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules;
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications;
- Constantly achieving the targets as required;
- Proactively sourcing and screening direct applicants against both live and pipeline vacancies using various methods, including promoting our referrals scheme and attending recruitment fairs;
- Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates and submitting them to Hiring Managers;
- Arranging interviews and collating feedback to both candidates and Hiring Managers;
- Ensuring a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
Must have
* Proven IT resourcing expertise and knowledge
- Experience in Digital technology
- Experience with recruitment platforms/software for candidate tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive go-getter attitude

- Professional and Mature outlook
