Security Support Analyst
This is a great role for a candidate who likes working with end users and helping them meet security compliance standards.
We are seeking a great resource who has a solid technical background supporting windows environments at a tier 3 level working closely with customers and offering excellent client services. You will help multiple locations meet compliance standards associated with PCI-DSS standards and work through each locations particular environment. This will include patching, updates, installs and other support in a Windows 7/8 environment. You should have solid skills with PC hardware, software, networking technology security standards and support. You will also track project progress and document status.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of IT support and administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7/8 - patches, updates, installs
- 2+ years Ivanti (LANDesk) Endpoint Manager (LDMS) experience is required, Application Control and Endpoint Security
- Good understanding of PC hardware, software, networks and networking security
- Solid skills with configuration management and desktop services software
- Excellent client service and resolution skills
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of PCI-DSS
- Archer GRC
