Electrical Technician/Engineer - Oxford - 3 month contract (up to £320 per day)My client was founded within the last 5 years and has taken the Hybrid/Electric industry by storm. Assisting in large projects from motorsport, formula E, formula 1 and automotive OEMs.
They have extensive experience in automotive and motorsport engineering and a proven track record of success in large and small projects covering conventional and electric-drive vehicle and chassis systems.
Efficient engineering techniques are used along with a whole picture approach to ensure that your requirements are met using the appropriate blend of safety, engineering rigour, efficiency and quality.
All this is delivered in a pragmatic plain-English manner.
The role that I have currently is for an Electrical Technician/Engineer to cover the companies short terms needs in delivering large projects. The role is to last 3 months, with the opportunity to become permanent or carry on a rolling contract.
The candidate will have some of the following skills:
- Understanding/experience of hybrid or e-machines
- Experience in automotive, motorsport, formula one or formula E.
- Be able to wire electrical hardware, and run tests and write reports.
- Apprentice, HND, or Degree educated in a technical engineering subject.
