Cloud Automation Developer
My client, a major telecoms company located in Brussels are currently seeking the services of an experienced Cloud Automation Developer. You will take up a role in a DevOps team and play a part in the implementation and maintenance of the datacenter tooling landscape. You'll focus on automating service delivery and providing means for easy and low cost operations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Development and support on our CMDB & Automation engine
2. Analysis & development for datacenter automation projects
3. Development & operational support on our external world interface
You are mainly located in Brussels (Evere)
Profile
- Master Computer Science or equivalent by experience
- High maturity in unit testing and testing perspective in general
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and expertise in:
- Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, PrimeFaces
- SQL (MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL, ...)
- Adobe Flex, ActionScript
- Perl, Phyton, Ruby, PHP
- WebServices: SOAP, REST, JSON
- Linux (RedHat)
- Tomcat, Apache, JBOSS suite
- Agile development & Scrum principles
- SVN, GitLab source control
- JIRA
- CI/CD methodology and tooling experience (Jenkins, )
- Knowledge of typical data center related technologies (TCP/IP, networking, security, virtualization, storage, systems, monitoring, ...)
