Proteus Europe is searching for a Fluent French and Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent for a long term contract role (permanent employment possible) based in Brussels, Belgium. (occasionally travel to Antwerp may be required)

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role:-
Responsibilities:
- Call Intake for internal service desk requests (2000 users) and external partners (1000 agents and brokers)
- IMAC intake
Tasks:
- Handle internal service requests: all technical aspects related to their workplace (desktop, laptop, phone, file and application access rights, reset passwords)
- Handle external partner service requests: all technical aspects related to web applications
- 75% of the incoming requests should be solved over the phone in first line
- IMAC validation (check completeness and correctness), work order preparation for technical and application teams and follow up
- Documentation: creating, correcting documentation procedures for internal and external users. Validating release notes created by the project regarding new developments and functionalities within the existing software packages
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting internal and external users
- Experience working in a large environment
- Workplace skills: MS Office, MS Windows7, Active Directory, use of tablets and smartphones
- Good communication and relational skills, stress resistant
- French and Dutch.
