Role - IDTV System specialist
Start - ASAP
Duration - 6 months
Location - Brussels and Herentals
Task Description:
We are looking for a technical specialist, with good knowledge of Ansible, Redhat Openshift and JBOSS, and preferable familiar with the solution for IDTV (Interactive Digital TV).
Experience with agile way of working is an asset.
He/she will be part of a team, leading important architectural changes within the IDTV domain, as well as new methods for software deployment.
His/her main tasks will be:
Understand the current IDTV architecture
Translate new architectural requirements to concrete implementation steps,
Introduce Ansible in the current way of software deployment
Lead and participate to discussions with internal and external partners
Follow up the implementation, report to management about progress and problems
Test and validate the results of the implemented solutions
Be able to analyse problems in depth, in cooperation with other teams

Education:
Master in Industrial or Engineering Sciences
Experience:
Experience in IT environment, experience with Ansible, OpenShift and JBOSS.
Enhanced knowledge of DEVOPS methodology.
Proven Scripting skills in popular languages like Perl, Python.
Experience in developing and designing Ansible scripts.
