A major cloud client of mine is currently looking to build a Resource Management & Customer Communication team located in Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contract: Initial 6 months (Rolling)
Day Rate: €200 - €250 per day
Start Date: January 2018
Our customer is currently seeking a motivated individual to start and grow a Customer Support teams in The Netherlands, supporting a growing global customer base. You shall be responsible for providing best in class support, helping to ensure that the customers have a positive experience each time they contact support.
Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Managing user schedules; Setting up, maintaining and monitoring user schedules and exceptions
- Incident Dispatch:
- Receive and dispatch support incidents
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Fluent English speaker, Dutch would also be beneficial but not necessity
- Have WFM experience
- Must have the ability to learn and absorb technology quickly
