Description
Network Engineer needed on contract to provide 2nd/3rd line support of Cisco network hardware and software for our client which is a large enterprise. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to new projects.
In this role you will provide day to day network support, resolving tickets and liaising with IT users to understand issues. This includes Cisco Switches and Routers, network upgrades, unified comms, network access, patching, configuring Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and wireless
You require CCNA certification and ideally be working towards CCNP with Cisco networking experience at 2nd/3rd line. Palo Alto Firewalls experience would be beneficial.
The contract is initially for 3 months but very likely to be extended.
This contract has been IR35 Assessed and is classed as Employed for tax purposes, therefore inside IR35.
Location: BATH
Rate: £200 - £275 per day
