Description
We are currently seeking a Risk and Interface Manager to support an exciting UK offshore wind farm project. You will be based in London and travel around the UK and Europe will form part of the role. The aim of the risk Manager role is to mitigate exposure to risk so that the level of risk falls with the project's risk appetite. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large offshore wind farm project, and the chance to work across various packages and interfaces as part of a key central project role ensuring that all Interfaces are managed accordingly and project risks are mitigated and minimalised wherever possible.Your primary responsibility as Risk and Interface Manager will be:
- To coordinate the interfaces between the project's Working Packages and Contracts.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of the Interfaces Register, as a monitoring tool of the interfaces evolution.
- Updating the interface register between the projects packages.
- Identification and assessment of actual and potential risk.
- Regular interface reporting to senior project stakeholders, relaying project information and issues with the Interface systems, to mitigate risk, then implementation and execution of risk mitigations plans.
- Offshore wind farm projects.
- Electromechanical drawing and documents.
- FIDIC contracts (yellow book).
- CDM Regulations 2007.
