Description
This is an opportunity for an expert in 5G Core Network Architecture to join the Research and Development team of our client, a large telecommunications company, in Sweden. You will be responsible for researching next generation packet core network architecture. This is initially a 6-month contract and our client will pay extremely competitive rates.
Responsibilities:
- Researching next generation packet core network architecture
- Identifying key requirements for 5G industry core networks
- Participating in technical planning work
- Identifying new trends and requirements related to the 5G industry
Requirements:
- PhD in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar
- 5 years' experience in the wireless communication industry doing R&D
- Extensive knowledge of packet core networks
- Knowledge of V2X, 5G Network Slicing, Machine Learning
- Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI, NGMN, or 5G PPP, would be beneficial
