Senior Data Migration Tester (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Ensure that software is built in a way which is consistent - and exploits the collective frameworks, patterns and practices that exist across the wider Engineering community
  • Plan, design and execute tests across multiple systems (incremental and regression testing)
  • Define the test strategies for software and data solutions of industry best practices
  • Support planning of all testing and validation activities according to software requirements
  • Documentation and software release plans
  • Create, maintain and monitor test plans
  • Report on the status of the full team’s testing activities
  • Mentor, providing clear and constructive feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth


Your qualifications
  • Proven experience with large-scale software test projects, from planning to execution
  • Effective test design, test planning, documentation and scheduling skills
  • Knowledge of test tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, ETL-Tools (for our Data Migration Project, “SAP
  • Data Services” and/or “Ataccama” is a plus)
  • Experience with database programming language SQL and one or more scripting languages
  • Experience in test data creation/selection
  • Extensive experience in test and quality methods (e.g. ISTQB certification is a plus)
  • Strong background in payment card industry is a significant advantage
  • Experience on databases e.g. Oracle, VSAM, DB2, MS SQL Server
  • Good skills in German and English language
