Client Migration Manager

A Client Migration Manager is urgently required to join a Commercial Banking Online Migration project based in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with support and guidance through their migration journey from the online platforms to the new channel- Commercial Banking Online.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Face to face and remote engagement with Clients
  • Validation of a Client's existing channel data
  • Supporting clients and providing guidance for a smooth transition
  • Stakeholder management
