Description

Key accountabilities:

Demonstrate technical leadership in the area of Collaboration and associated technologies. Make technical decisions and understand complex low-level design documents enough to implement into operational use within a change controlled organization. Must have the ability to document and hand over day to day support of implementations to 1st and 2nd level support teams.

Required skills and knowledge

  • Microsoft SCCM 2012 + versions (For Example 1511, 1610, 1702)
  • Application Virtualisation - Microsoft App-v v4.6 + v5 (or similar technologies)
  • Experience in SCCM administration and packaging tasks
  • Management and effective use of SCCM collections
  • Management of application catalogs and SCCM Software Center
  • Application discovery and reporting
  • Internal testing of deployed packages
  • Setting up and supporting SCCM site and role configuration
  • Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy Management
  • Scripting skills, Eg. Powershell
  • Microsoft Windows 7 support skills and appreciation of changes in Windows 10
  • Fluent in German

Education/Experience:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IT or other technical studies
  • Highly specific skill set or technical training;
  • Advanced educational credentials required;
  • Career history in supporting a Microsoft Windows SCCM distributed environment within large Enterprise environment demonstrating problem determination skills, project work and adherence to IT processes and standards.
  • Greater prior experience in this role (5+ years)

  • Experience in SCCM administration and packaging tasks
  • Fluent in German
