Job Description:
This vacancy is for a Senior SAP HCM consultant with wide knowledge of the SAP world and specific focus on SAP HCM to join SAP practice that will require an extensive proven track record in acting as stream leader in other SAP HCM engagements.
Successful candidates may be assigned to a wide range of engagements, depending on expertise and group requirements. The consultant will be required to lead and consult complex HCM SAP projects based in Italy with team based on on-site and off-shore resources. The core implementation would affect multi/country multi/year contract and could imply integration with several Legacy systems.

Qualifications:
Express significant experience of SAP HCM modules such as:
o Payroll (mandatory)
o Reporting (mandatory)
o Compensation & Benefit (nice to have)
Express significant experience of Interfaces between SAP system with external systems
Ability to facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables for IT
Ability and experience to identify solutions in systems
Experience in working with clients to gather requirements and to define business process
Ability to evaluate impact, effort estimation and keep cost control
Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross functional initiatives
Fully be able to define functional specifications process and coordinate development teams especially in complex scenarios
Fully be able to manage testing phases and interact with the customer
Ability to support PM in managing issues and risks
Ability to support Business Processes
Ability to define job priorities and to lead maintenance's activities
Ability in Problem Solving and Decision Making
Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to employees at lower job levels
Skills:
5+ years of professional experience in similar roles in the SAP HCM space
Specific knowledge in the SAP HCM Payroll cycle (processes, customizing, data model, rules, standard HR feature, functions, operation modules)
Focus on Italian payroll
Preferably one or more SAP certifications
Strong team leading skills
ITIL knowledge
Availability to travel both nationally and internationally
Mandatory fluent Italian Language knowledge
Mandatory fluent English language knowledge
Working location:
Main location will be Milan, but candidate shall be available in travelling in or outside Italy.
