We are currently seeking a Restrictions Analyst with previous experience of Investment Restrictions/Monitoring.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all regulatory, client and internal restrictions and guidelines are correctly monitored on post and pre trade
  • Investigate and resolve ad hoc queries and instructions arising from various stakeholders to a high standard
  • Monitor and investigate exceptions arising from the workflow monitor within agreed timescales and escalate to relevant stakeholders where appropriate
  • Assess Fund and Institutional mandates, coding in to Charles River compliance, Bloomberg AIM and/or similar systems and feedback in to the business where rules cannot be coded, and provision to monitor manually

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience of Charles River/Bloomberg is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, asset classes and benchmark indices
  • Previous experience of investment restrictions/monitoring
  • Experience of working within the Front Office
  • High attention to detail
