Responsibilities:
- Work in IP Professional Service team, as a senior IP service engineer to provide the professional service for client in France.
- This position will need a traveling in France. It depends on the project.
- In charge of the pre sales POC test, provide POC test report.
- Analyze the special requirement with Product Manager, R&D, help Product Manager to make the decision of development
- Be the interface between client and R&D for the new feature clarification, follow the feature develop process, manage the project, and update information in project team.
- In charge of the aftersales project delivery, manage project schedule, update project status periodically
- Communicate with client, analyze the project requirements, provide HLD/LLD design.
- Deployment, configuration.
- Technical document delivery in French or English.

Qualifications:
- Familiar with the IP product configuration (Router, Switch)
- Familiar with the routing protocol (RIP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
- Familiar with Layer 2 switch protocol (STP, 802.1q, LACP)
- Familiar with VPN. (MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, VLL)
- Familiar with QOS (Rate limit, MQC, policing, shaping)
- Knowledge of MPLS TE, SDN, VxLAN, EVPN will be an advantage.
- Cisco Certification CCNP/CCIE will be an advantage.
- French and English fluent
