One of our very prestigious client in Slovakia is looking for a Dynamic Support Analyst.
Location: Slovakia- need to speak Slovakian
12 hours shift
4 days' work and 4 days off
The client is ideally looking for:
0-1 years' experience
-English speaking preferred, but not required
-Level 1 Command center operations support (Basic level)
-Proactively monitor events and interface during critical and non-critical emergency events from report to resolution
-Provide constant information updates wherever applicable in an effort to ensure situation, events, incidents are resolved in an appropriate manner
-Ensure that all forms of communication (email, phone conversation etc.) are all done in a courteous and professional manner
-Be attentive, proactive and detail oriented
