Technical project coordination: prepare & analyze vendor quotes, follow-up on equipment and circuit orders,
Participate in Voice Back End infrastructure upgrade & implementation projects
Participate in Voice Design/Engineer projects
Gather business requirements from internal customers (ie Operating Companies)
Design solutions per standards
Prepare and present solutions to internal customers
Technical Requirements:
Cisco Voice products: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Unified Contact Center Express & Enterprise (incl. contact center Scripting), Session Manager Edition, Cisco Unified Attendant Console, Cisco Collaboration Edge, Cisco Enterprise License Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express,
Cisco Voice Endpoints: Hardware phones, software phones (CIPC & Jabber), Mobile device apps
Knowledge about WAN/LAN technologies is preferred
Project Management skills
Fluent communication and presentation skills in English
