My client a leading and global consultancy require an experienced FICO Debt Manager v9 Consultant to work for a major banking client.

As part pf the Debt Manager System Support team, you will report to senior manager for systems and governance you will play a key part in leading the design and delivery of Collections and Recoveries configuration both from a regulatory change and technology change perspective. The successful applicant should demonstrate a good understanding of governance and control required within banking applications and be able to lead a small team of technical and non-technical partners.

Core Responsibilities:

. Initially to assist in the implementation of the new Debt Manager 9 solution within Collections and Recoveries, moving into development and ongoing maintenance post migration
. Representing the business area in key project decision making.
. Leadership of circa 4 - 5 partners both technical and non-technical
. Providing support for the Debt Manager system, including incident resolution
. Control and maintenance of Debt Manager to ensure that it continues to work as designed

Core Requirements:

. Experience developing Collections Systems is desirable
. Experience of and a high level of competence in SQL coding is essential
. Technical change management and control experience.
. Experience within a regulated financial services/Collections & Recoveries environment would be advantageous although not essential
. Experience of full Systems life cycle development
. A relevant systems development or testing qualification would be beneficial although not essential
