Senior VPN Engineer for End User Services/Mobile Services (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Engineering support for the mobility team responsible for mobile and remote access solutions
- Improve and support the VPN technology for mobile devices at the Bank
- Support the engineering and improvement of the Banks (both browser and device based) remote access technologies (currently based on Pulse Secure)
- Run in depth level 3 support and troubleshooting activities related to the platforms in scope and their implication on other mobile products like iOS
- Creating and maintaining structured documentation for all platforms in scope including technical designs, release notes, test cases, and vendor improvements
- Support adherence to the Bank SDLC-process and other company demanded release management processes
- Evaluate the possibility to deploy IKEv2 as a mobile optimised VPN-protocol on iOS-Support the evaluation of a next gen remote access platform considering cloud application access and improved stability
Your qualifications
- Knowledge in Pulse Secure
- Knowledge of VPN-protocols
- Knowledge of networking protocols
- Security/certificates
- Experience with RSA 2FA (Beneficial)
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with technical documentation
