And all they are achieving is thanks to the talent and passion of their employees. At the moment, they are looking for Co-Program Manager to expand their team in Brussels.
The Role
- Program responsibility for realisation if Infotainment Programs as program manager's deputy
- Participation and support during budget planning of programs and compilation of development requests
- Technical steering for selected functional areas
- Meetings with OEM-customer for all issues - technical status, program progress, product alignment
- Supporting the transition from prototyping to production
- Ensuring the transparency reporting towards customer and internally
- Maintenance support afte SOP days, planning of samples and peripherals
The Individual
- BSc or MSc in Industrial-, Electrical-, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in project/line management
- Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Fundamental knowledge in project management (ie planning and controlling)
The individual must have communication skills (fluent in English, Japanese would be an advantage) with ability to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility. Successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and must be willing to travel.
